Arizona Data Center

New Data Center Campus on a brownfield in Arizona.

7 new buildings on a former dairy farm, each building will be approximately 50,000 SF for a total of 350,000 SF on a 35-acre site.

For the Arizona Data Center we refined and developed a prototype floor plan further and adapted the building to the Southwest climate with its weather extremes of a long hot season and very intense rain during the monsoonal summer storms .

We developed a prototype single story building for the new campus that can be adapted over several build-out phases to meet future data center requirements.
