San Jose Branch Office

We are pleased to announce the upcoming opening of our branch office in Silicon Valley.

For a few years a good portion of our work was in Silicon Valley and we decided to add a permanent presence in the South Bay. Jeff Dotterweich will lead the Northern California office, we are currently finalizing a location and will announce details as they become pertinent.

It will be our pleasure to serve you at our new location with the same quality and service you have come to expect of us.

LEED Gold!

LEED Gold Rating for Data Center No. 1 in Santa Clara.

Finally received notification from USGBC for our first gold rated data center after an exhausting year of LEED documentation and review. The project was completed under Teng, with Tiemo Mehner as Project Manager and Jeff Dotterweich as Project Architect and the LEED rating would not have been possible without contributions from the Teng project team as well as Shaun Kriedeman and Jesus Fuentes with Matt Construction, the landscape architect Stacey Isaac and many others.

Building is “dry”, weather barrier complete, glass is in, roof on and a lot of the infrstaructure is in place: rooftop pakage units, generators, UPS etc.

March 30, 2011

The building is starting to take shape, sheathing (yellow) is complete and the weather barrier (white) is moving right along. Also note that all the ductwork that was still visible in the foreground a week earlier disappeared into the building.
