These office spaces create a dynamic, flexible work environment, seamlessly linking the technical operations of the data centers with the management and support teams. The exterior design showcases sleek metal panels on the facade, giving the building a contemporary and resilient aesthetic. Perforated metal panels are integrated into the roof equipment platform, balancing functionality with a visually engaging design that maintains the building’s clean lines while providing discreet ventilation for critical systems. The campus also features stucco exterior walls for a refined, durable finish, complementing the modern materials and achieving a cohesive, timeless look.
