Silicon Valley Data Center Campus

2025

Santa Clara, California

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, the Santa Clara Data Center Campus spans 12 acres and features two purpose-built data centers, totaling 540,000 square feet of high-performance space. This cutting-edge campus is designed to support the increasing demands of modern digital infrastructure while offering integrated office spaces for operational teams and staff. The data centers are complemented by modern curtain wall corner offices, offering expansive views and an abundance of natural light. These office spaces provide a dynamic, flexible work environment, seamlessly connecting the technical operations of the data centers with the management and support teams. The exterior design features sleek metal panels on the facade, giving the building a contemporary and resilient aesthetic. Perforated metal panels are incorporated into the roof equipment platform, balancing functionality with a visually engaging design that maintains the building’s clean lines while offering discreet ventilation for critical systems. The campus also utilizes stucco exterior walls for a refined, durable finish, complementing the modern materials and creating a cohesive, timeless look. Equipped with a 99 MVA electrical capacity, the Santa Clara Data Center Campus ensures reliable power for mission-critical operations. Strategically located in one of the world’s most influential technology hubs, the campus offers exceptional connectivity and access to Silicon Valley’s thriving ecosystem. This project showcases DCM Design’s expertise in blending cutting-edge data center technology with modern, functional office spaces and innovative architectural elements, creating a seamless environment for both operations and innovation.
