The exterior design features sleek metal panels on the facade, giving the building a contemporary and resilient aesthetic. Perforated metal panels are incorporated into the roof equipment platform, balancing functionality with a visually engaging design that maintains the building’s clean lines while offering discreet ventilation for critical systems. The campus also utilizes stucco exterior walls for a refined, durable finish, complementing the modern materials and creating a cohesive, timeless look.
